My plan is to eat a higher percentage of all-natural foods, and stay away from processed, high-calorie foods. Burn more cals than eating. Sundays, I don't record anything, but still watch the amount takin' in. Gotta weigh-in on Wed, hope there is a loss...

Sounds like a very good plan. I try to eat like that. When I have processed food now my tongue hurts from the sodium. (TMI) Good Luck with the food and exercise plan!!!! :)
