My weight has yoyoed on the scales this week, although I'm still sticking firmly to my food plans. When it is up I am down, and when it is down I am up. It is down overall this week so I'm going to blame the variations on air pressure, wind direction and random acts of [insert deity of your choice here].
Over the weekend I think I am going to be pretty much living on Huel. That usually helps push the weight down a bit.
