Yeah!!!!! 1 lb down.

Food:
B - Fiber One cereal with light soy milk and 2 turkey sausages (250)
S - Spicy V8 (30)
L - Salsa chicken tenders and broccoli with homemade ranch dip (est 300)
D - 1 chicken tender and parmesan zucchini & squash
Dessert - One glass of wine

Workout - walk 25 mins (1.3 mi with an incline of 5) and upper chest/arm exercises for 5 mins
88.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

I wouldn't recommend weighing yourself everyday...you won't see the full progress. If you weigh yourself once a week, you'll see the real progress that you're making. Also, weighing everyday will make you become obsessive with what the scale says, and that's not good. You're doing great, but just remember that seeing 3 or 4 lbs or even more a week is the coolest feeling.
