So day 3 of stressful work travel...dinner at the hard rock the first night, jimmy johns and bbq brisket dinner last night, tonight will be driving to the 2nd hotel then flying home Thursday night. Will need to dodge the scale Friday morning lol I did get a good cardio and weight workout in at the hotel last night though....maybe that will offset the delicious pretzel rolls from the Weber Grill last night.
