So, I weighed today because I am used to weighing Fridays. I normally only weigh every two weeks, but decided I should do at least once a week just to make sure I am on track. Down 1.8 from last Friday, and .8 since I joined FS on Wednesday. What I am noticing most is the difference in my pants. I feel so incredibly amazing when I can put on pants I have not worn in forever. Not only that, they actually fit even better than they did when I did wear them last. It really boosts motivation! I have a long way to go, but seeing these small changes really is awesome!
