Tuesday

Exercise: Walk/Run @ 5:15 am. Personal Trainer@ 4:30 pm. Resistance and Cardio.

Breakfast: Shredded Wheat/Banana
Lunch: No JC meals on hand! Turkey on Crossaint Roll and Popcorn

Went Shopping at lunch time and bought a great pair of shorts and JEANS!

I got to remember and recall in the future, how I felt when I looked in the mirror this morning. Good things are happening to my body!
