@alphanotbeta_ Sure someone can lose weight by eating ramen! Maybe less nutrient dense as other foods with the same caloric profile; but nonetheless, you can lose weight by eating ramen. Calories in vs. calories out with proper macronutrient ratios.

Disgusting is a strong word....ramen no longer fits in my WOE, but if I was strictly counting calories, I could make it work. Many people do. This looks to be shy of 2 oz of noodles, rich broth, veggies. Looks good!

You don’t eat Ramen everyday, right? It’s OK once in a while. I do KETO, but I eat pastries once in a while. Then, next meal I get back to KETO meal again. We are not robot or machine. Relax, and enjoy your life.

This post got a lot of comments! Right now I’m not following any specific diet, just trying to avoid alcohol and minimize snacking. Here’s what the bowl is about: The new Soba Noodle Broth Bowl with Edamame Blend is packed with soba noodles, fresh spinach, Napa cabbage, roasted mushroom and onion blend, sesame seeds, and cilantro. It’s 370 calories and I ate 2/3.

Pft! Should have ate the whole damn thing for that many calories! 👌🏽 Looks delicious. If you aren’t following any specific plan and minimizing “empty” calories, then more power to you! Keep it up!
