Friends, as we journey on this path whether it be to maintain, loose or just our overall well being , I am with you right where you are. We all can do this! Looking at journals and comments, I know this is not easy especially for those who are silent. Yes, I’m on the silent side most time even though, I know that it’s not good. Personally, when I keep quiet, I find that my struggles become more intense because the sense of loneliness creeps up yes, feeling sorry for myself, so I’m encouraging you all including my self that, we are never alone, and these struggles are real, but with discipline and determination we can be victorious, and remember Defeat is one word that we should never Use!
