Not to bad on eating this week. I used what food I had from Jenny Craig and ate good meals. Not many extras. Went to Curves three times this week which I know helped. I will try again this week to stay strong and say "no" to extra foods with high fat, calories, and carbs.
Thank you to all who supported my entry last week. No word from the police on my tire yet.
