Hi zafar.. I got it where u are doing a mistake.. I have remember u have told me once that u are coming at 7pm and doing some exercises and then eat dinner... I think u have to change this pattern.. u have to take dinner at 7pm and after half an hour do 30min walk and then do ur other exercises that u are doing... in this way time between dinner and sleep increases and ur dinner is digested... try this for 1 week and see if there is any changes... wt say??

Yes jazy but now a days i start weight training in gym 7 to 9 pm and after i have to take dinner. I m thinking i will finish my dinner with some salads only. My be it will correct. M
