I did IF for a week and all went so well , then hit an emotional downward spiral . I would drinks lots of hot chocolate and eat buckets of popcorn the one night and the next day I do IF again . For a week I did that and just feeling drained . Yesterday I just completely did not feel like eating from 10am and I was suppose to have another meal before the fast started at 12 . Well , pulled through till 7am and having breakfast again . Maybe today will be better . Need to regain motivation .
