I just finished my workout for the day. Two videos in my living room (glutes&legs then abs), followed by a brisk walk/lunge/leg lift time at the park😋. I found myself thinking of more and more things I could do at the park for exercise so I didn’t have to go home and take care of all of my responsibilities lol. Wrapped it up with a bunch of stretches in the grass. I would have done this with food before.

***I’ve been working out every other day since I injured myself last week. Doing much better with this routine.
