So....last night while doing front lifts I felt a tear inside my right front quadrant. It didn’t hurt but I am aware of it today. Usually you know your body is there but it’s not sending you a gentle reminder so and that area is today. Gonna take a break from the weights for a few days and monitor for a hernia....just wonderful....
