Had the chance to sneak in quite a few quick workouts during the first half of my work day. The property I was at had a great sloped driveway that I up and downed about 15 times, and the second property I went to I decided to take the stairs 5 flights instead of taking the elevator.

Came home for a late lunch that really hit the spot.

Having a cup of coffee and then heading out to my next client. 💪🏻
