today i went to the gym and did some zumba dancing because i won't have time tomorrow so i got some extra workouts in today. After zumba i did some weights and feel so great that i did that. I'm noticing that i more energized more because i'm cleaning eating and that is helping because i noticing that i lost pounds and went down two sizes in my pants.
