Started out the day with 8oz lemon water, followed by some hibiscus, spearmint, green tea.
I made myself a bowl of 1 cup of turnip greens and spinach with some ginger soy marinated tofu (about 6 1/2 inch raw cubes mashed into a scramble), as well as a smoothie of 1 banana, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup cup unsweetened original almond milk, a few chunks of papaya, mango, and strawberries, with my raw/vegan protein powder. I work a semi physically active job, so I like to make sure I have lots of nutrients first thing in the morning to get me going.

Heading off to work with some unsweetened black coffee, an orange, and apple, some Brazil nuts, almonds, and goji betties.

I weigh in at work, weird I know, so I’ll be able to do a weigh in once I get to the office. :)
