Good morning everyone, I just thought I would let anyone that is bothered know that I have cut my Buddy list. I am not having buddies anymore. Half the people who were my buddies are never here anyway and I just want to quietly lose weight without getting involved in conflict. The people who are on regularly I can see anyway and I am happy in my group who keep me on the straight and narrow. Losing weight shouldn't be an issue. If I want to count Total carbs I will , if Kate wants to count calories she will , we are all on the same journey just taking different ways to get there. SO lets all be friends (not buddies!) , be friendly and helpful to one another and enjoy a little light banter. Thats all I am interested in!
Just thought I'd clear the air. LOVE.

I totally agree, Jill. All this bickering and accussing, the back biting, the cussing... geesh...it is aweful. No one is better than the other. We are all human and all make mistakes...whether on diets, or in words, or in deeds. We all have your strengths and weaknesses. Peace, love and joy... with my God, myself and others... that is what I am seeking...
