Looking for suggestions for healthy options for snacking. Tried the usual rice cakes etc, but looking for something new???

Thanks, I’ve been eating mostly fruit too, but in the evenings I sometimes feel like a little something whist watching the soaps, lol. I have the odd low calorie hot chocolate and find that it helps.

There are some good organic chickpea snacks that are spicy and have some crunch .. if I get a crisp or sweet craving I go for one of them. THe other one is edamemes.. these are great or the other one is green peas in the pod .. you shell and eat them too good crunch. Or like Mark I would have carrot/cucumber sticks or dates which are great for fiber but still have a nice sweetness..

Got some snack bars from Homebargins called Skinny Whip, they taste like something between soft nougat and a milky way and only 99 calories

Thanks everyone....all of these suggestions are great! Will check these out! Feeling good at the moment, but know I’ll probably struggle at the weekend and will be craving a wine, lol!! Going to be strong though and if anything might have a gin and slimline tonic!

Lowest cal drink you can have is a Vokda or Whiskey Soda .. comes in at 50 calories!! If you like add cucumber or lime to the vodka for taste xx

Aldi does a nice low calorie white wine if that's any help

Hey, I try to eat savory snacks as the sugar cravings after I give in to them are worse. I like seafood sticks, or crackers with marmite as the taste is so strong it stays with you for ages and you don't feel like eating anything else. Cheesestring or Babybel are my other go_ -tos. Otherwise just mini raisins maybe a sneaky Caxton pink 'n' white only 50 cals!! 👍🏾👍🏾

My niece lives in Ibiza she pretty much has jars And jar of dried fruit sorry but she’s a health But poor kids
