5주차 말에 한 인바디ㅋ 식이조절만 하고 체중 감량하고 운동 시작 1주일이라 몸상태 체크하러 갔는데 역시 다리는 튼실ㅠㅜ 최저 체중 찍어봤으니 이제 1-2킬로 정도는 여유를 가지고 체력을 길러야겠다^^ 4주후 인바디 결과가 두근두근~~~
