slow cooked Silverside cooked in ginger ale, leek cooked in water then browned in a little butter, parsnip and carrot mash, broccoli and half. a bread roll with butter and garlic granules.

thing is I get freaked over carbs. Bread and potatoes are main ones.
Body not used to processing these anymore. have to start slowly.
this meal had parsnip and half a bread roll.
body even reacted to this amount.
will get easier I'm told, if I just keep them in diet.
hard when information all says stay away from carbs.

How about adding blended oats to a fruit smoothie? That way you can start with a small amount and work your way up
