Day 15, Keto mod, Body fat 38.9%, Elipticle 35 min L2, 1hr weights upper and lower body. Breakfast omlette, coffee and half and half, lunch ceasar salad, dinner veggies, dip, smoked turkey, sugar free jello, multivitamins, B.

Feeling muscle fatigue that I expected last week.

Completed my 2 week induction phase. Yea for me!!! Staying away from wine had a positive domino effect. Maintained my will power, fewer calories, calories didn't supercede other calories in burning. When eating out I enjoy a wonderful red or crispy white wine with dinner but since I don't CRAVE it (as I do carbohydrates), it is an intellectual decision to stay away from it.

I've decided to stay with induction for another week so that I can get through this few day standstill I am in. This is an important week since I am feeling a little weak and I know carbs would turn that around. Go!
68.8 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
