Hi asar! In my view u must go slow n steady...keeping ur protein intake at least 100g(or more for u)....may i wat exercises u doing...

Hi Shobha, my protein intake is around 100-115 gms. I do pushups, planks, some variations on dumbbells, lunges, and similar.
