Was afraid the scale would taunt me. Been staying on track for 3 weeks and scales been up and down. Going to stay off the scale for two weeks this time. I don’t like how it controls my feelings. Happy for a loss though!
71.8 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
