Me and my girlfriend had takeaway last night I had a meat feast bbq pizza 10” and chips but half way through I couldn’t manage so had 3 slices of the pizza and half a bag of chips😪 haven’t eaten well at all today but got all my macros in, just having a beer and watching bill burrs stand up, Don’t think I’d of done much damage but feel that it wasn’t worth the bother in the end
