Not a big of a drop as I hoped, but I'm starting to look at cutting back on my sugar. We'll see how the next 7 days go.

Be prepared to want to eat a loaf of bread, LOL! When I went sugar free I craved carbs like a crazy woman. It took about 3 days to get over the worst of it, but every now and again my body goes low and cycles into the craving again. Like last night. Today I'm all better!

That's great! I have learned to embrace every oz. I lost.

Good luck! There is a compounding effect when it comes to those small losses and calorie cuts! It adds up over time (not even that long of time 3mo, 6mo, 1year). Cutting back on sugar is a great idea. It takes your body time to adjust to less sugar, but once you do, you really don’t want the stuff anymore even when you try it again. If you go zero added sugars for 3 weeks straight, you won’t want it anymore. Fruit is a fantastic substitute during sugar cravings (week 2 is HARD).
