Had a good workout today- 1 hr. and 15 min of weights and cardio. It felt great to be feeling good again and back at it. I ate very well today too and will try to really limit the carbs to help me get down. I can tell it is working already. Great job everyone on your workouts today too. I really appreciate all my FS buddies and your encouragment!
