Taking a break from the scale until Tuesday. Let's see how I do through the weekend
121.4 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Tuesday is our official weigh-in day every week. I do weigh throughout the week but the actual 'record my weight' day is Tuesday. I think it's the perfect day, because it gives you Monday to recover from the weekend. Even if I eat healthy on the weekend, I sometimes don't stay as hydrated as I do M-F. Good luck!

If you're sticking to your plan you can completely forego the scale for five or six months at a time. When you do weigh there will be a significant drop to report, I found that to be really motivating.
