So last week was not a good week with the pmsing and me running the office by myself some. I did realize that part of the problem is that my office manager now has dove dark chocolates out for us to eat and I have been munching on them too much. I think I will try and bring more veggies to work to mitigate the problem.

This weekend I did well. I didn't drink and so A.) didn't consume those empty calories and B.) was able to have some really great workouts due to me not being hungover. Yay!

Now I just have to avoid the chocolates. Yikes!
85.1 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

I have a co-worker who has this never ending bowl of cany (which has gotten bigger!) I have to stay far away form his cubicle which was not easy b/c I saw it every time I went to my desk. It was mocking me saying, "Eat me, eat me know!" Thank god he moved a few cubes down and don't have to see it every day. That and a bag of cucumbers help! It use to be broccli but... well see my many journals on the subject, lol.

lol Not being hungover allows for much more activities in general!! =D lol Yes, stock up on healthier snacks, even some nuts! You're doing really good... keep it up!! :) BURN RUBBER!!
