Alright, I'm going in for my WI today after work. I've been really good with the diet. Only cheat this weekend was when we went to Outback and I dipped my shrimp (albeit very lightly) in the dipping sauce to taste. Fortunately it wasn't that good, so I wasn't tempted to really dip the shrimp! They said its going to be hard to lose the next three pounds or so (besides me having my monthly visitor) because I am so close to dropping down to the next meal plan level, so I hope I can crank these three pounds out soon!

I've been working out more, and trying to be less obsessed with the program. My husband was getting sick of all the food talk.. I've been planning meals two days out, so I don't have to think about it for a day or so, and that has been working for me.

My new favorite snack: apples dipped in peanut butter! Here's my question though: Reduced fat peanut butter has more salt and sugar than regular peanut butter, just less fat.. Is this a good idea? It kind of seems that we are cutting more sugar and salt with this diet than fat... I'd appreciate your advice on this one.

Enjoy your Monday!

I love peanut butter too. My counselor instructed me to limit the frequency to 1 to 2 times a week. I hope this helps.

Well I just messed up an hour ago with lots of peanut butter. I am not doing the bars, so I really do not have much sweet stuff except for fruits in my diet. I have peanut butter every day. Going to have to limit it I suppose.

I love peanut butter also and I eat it on my apple for my protein for breakfast. At Wal-Mart they have a peanut butter called Simply Jif and it only has 65mg of sodium,it doesn't taste bad. Give it a try!dj

I also eat the reduced fat peanut butter, I love it, but I also can only limit myself to every other day or no more than 3 days a week. I love to eat it on toast and apples as well.
