Still haven't dropped... Weight bouncing between 221-226. I am feeling 'off', headaches, aching joints, feeling agitated, not sleeping very well. I'm going to change what/when I'm eating back to what I was doing about a month ago to see if anything happens.

Not sure about your diet - but I find joint pain usually is an indicator that I’ve been eating more sugar and/or carbs.. I have an arthritic knee, and the pain in the morning down the stairs almost always subsides when my sugar intake reduces.

I had been eating more carbs than usual when I originally posted. Things I've been doing since my original post is; reducing carbs; stopped having my blended spinach; and I'm cutting out caffeine.
My fitbit daily resting heart rate has started to drop a bit, which means it's going back to what it was. My scale is reporting 221 which is the lower end of the range that I've been seeing for the last month.

It'll be interesting to see what happens in the next week or so. I think yesterday's headache and stiffness is the warning sign of a potassium deficiency. I'm going to see how today goes and then maybe start up my spinach drink again.
