from now on i have decided to go back being a light vegetarian. anyone?

i will gradually exclude meat, poultry, then fish. still craving for cheese 🧀

i hope this will help me to lose some pounds:)got no weights here.

✅was swimming today for about 25 mins and wandering around suzdal and vladimir for 10 hours. still fat, although my waist is looking slightly better. or it is just my imagination😁

❎ate two bites of tiramisu and two cups of sweet coffee. it was amazing, i do not regret doing that✌🏻
