Hi zafar... sorry mera iPhone chorri ho gya c... now i got it back..😂😂 bcoz we know who was the thief😅 He give it back today after getting tortured by police 😃😃😃

Perfect time for weight measurement is after waking up... that was right time... so sorry as i have not follow any exercises during these difficult time.. bcoz i was very upset whole the day.. my phone was stolen at sunday...and i got it back today😊😊

Niti gupta, mansikohli and mahi27 ... dear of course you can join us.. ist of all accept my request.. so that i can see ur stories.. 2nd thing tell us about urself that which diet u are following and of course about ur exercises too.. coz we can know each other... and also share ur opinion about anything that u think we are doing something wrong .. remember one thing this has only one motive i.e. To motivate each other... plz never use any words which can demotivate each other... yess also discuss ur progress .. that's it.. i hope u understand 😂
