Today, I feel good. Despite the rain, and Marta issues..I'm starting to feel good about myself now. I went to the doctor and lost 11 pounds. My weight last month was 253, so on 04/30: i weighed at 242.5. Now I'm on this weight loss pill, I can feel the changes in the clothes. So you know I will be super sexy when the summer comes..lol. I want to say the exercising really help me out..which i need to work out today :)
