I have tried another brand, Organic Konjac Spaghetti or Angel hair. Takes some getting used to . Not the same as regular pasta but no carbs and no calories , and no gluten so worth the effort. I used them in soup.

I haven’t tried mine yet- almost afraid to! The reviews it’s gotten are horrible

Ok, so ive used this in the past, and one thing you need to know is, you have to thoroughly warm them in a dry pan, and then add a bold flavored sauce. otherwise it doesn't taste so good.
