Took my second fit test with the insanity program. I must say I kinda impressed myself. Did a lot better than I thought I would. My progress has been slow but steady so far. I know it's only been 2 weeks but for me 2 weeks is a long time for me to stick with a diet and exercise program. I've always had a problem with will power. Usually by week two I've already given up. Just need to press on. As each day passes it's getting to be less of a struggle and more routine. I feel like I'll be able to stick with it this time. It's a good feeling!
