[休假日就是放鬆日]
晚餐帶小孩吃鐵板麵,順便打彈珠。
雖然麵只吃一半但雞胸肉吃了一整塊,
加上下午吃的巧克力餅乾、抹茶巧克力,
今日碳水和熱量應該超標了~
明天上班前繼續運動還債吧😂😂
