How’s it going? Haven’t seen a post in a little while/a week or so and wondered how you were getting on. Hope you are getting on ok and getting what you need.

Hi Snabs, had a bit of a slip, more like a slide, lol.
Have gone backwards in my progress unfortunately, but even a few days or a week will do that at the moment. had appointments with dietitian, been told to follow plan and reminded where I'll end up if I don't. Like a lot of people, my weight is a symptom of how life is for them at a given moment in time and since mine has also got to work harder to process food, using up more energy than most to do even this task for the time being, any slip really has an impact.
I'm getting back on track this week.
