LAST WEEK I HAD MY FAT CHECKED. IT WAS 28.9% & I WAS CONSIDERED OVERWEIGHT. IF I CUT DOWN 384 CALORIES A DAY I COULD HOPE TO REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT IN 22 WEEKS. OR SO I WAS TOLD. APPARENTLY I HAVE PRIMARILY LEAN MUSCLE. I DO FIND MY CLOTHES FIT BETTER & MY BELLY FAT IS GOING DOWN. I LOVE FOOD TOO MUCH TO TRY & EAT STUFF I DON'T LIKE TO LOSE WEIGHT. I AM GOING TO CONCENTRATE ON EATING RIGHT & WORKING OUT REGULARLY. I TWEAKED MY WORKOUT REGIME TO INCREASE CARDIO.
