I didn't record my weight today because I knew that with the bread and noodles yesterday I would be up today. I also got a new phone which makes me super happy but I was using an app to help me drink more water and my process didn't get switched over so that makes me sad. oh well I'll just have to restart it.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
