Day 13; Keto mod; Body Fat 39%; Breakfast omlette made at home (didn't like); dinner chicken rollatini (asparagus wrapped in mozzerella and stuffed in chicken with wine sauce)--outrageously delicious, salad w blue cheese dressing; coffee w half and half; dunkin donuts iced coffee; diet coke x 2, vitamins w dinner.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
