I am 26 years old and i want to get to be 150 pounds. I have a personal trainer and he works me hard were i can't keep up half of the time cause i have asthma and makes to tired to do anymore exercises with my personal trainer right now. I have to loose a little more weight to get were i can keep up with the exercise that my personal trainer gives me to do. this is helping me alot to read the label and record my calories and what foods i've been eating. i enjoy doing my zumba and my training on my own and also running the treadmill.
