Its pouring with rain today, typically for a Uk Bank holiday weekend. My son is at my mums so am at home quietly with my youngest. The sunshine definitley has a positive effect on your WOE , you want to get out and walk more. I am sitting here listening to the rain and it makes me want more yummy creamy coffee!

Same here! I'm just down the road and it's miserable! But you have done so well in the latter part of what has been a horrid winter, but the sun def. lifts the spirits. Speaking of coffee - is there a limit on decaf or just caffeinated on induction (sorry to hijack your journal with a question :)

Ladies, just for a change, it's actually NOT raining (yet) in the valleys. It's sunny but very windy though and the wind chill is considerable, but I'm going to get some laundry on the line in the hope that any rain will hold off. Lee, the answer your question, NANY says "in moderation" any kind of coffee or tea is fine, and NANY actually extols the benefits of caffeine "in moderation". So you can both enjoy your coffee, with cream but no creamer or milk or half and half. Christine
