Beautiful day in central coast CA. Spending day with hubby running errands and just hanging.
WOE is going great. Ketosticks are turning darker and I have learned to check them about 8pm.
Back is hurting today but got the house dusted and straightened.
Grilling korean style ribs tonight...yum with some herbs on them!
Beautiful day to be alive!
