I feel so discouraged. It seems like no matter what I do I can’t lose this big belly. I feel like giving up on tracking, working out, or caring about what I eat since none of it seems to help. I hate fasting because it’s hard and has no lasting effect. Maybe there is a reason my body has this weight that goes beyond food or working out. Yes I experience stress and am working through trauma, but it doesn’t make sense to me that eating healthy and working out isn’t causing the effect I seek. I have tried focusing on loving myself more and accepting my body the way it is, and then I got even more bloated. I wish there was a solution that would work for me.
