I was getting discouraged because i've been eating right an busting my ass an the weight wasn't coming off like I wanted. I woke up an was like why am I doing this!! Then I got on the scale an was super happy to see what I weighed, tottally changed my attitude. I forget that I have to be patient but i'm just so tired of being this way that I just want to be healthy for once an weigh alot less. I know I can do this an for once I'm gonna do it the right way.
132.2 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 50.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
