Lost a little. This week at my job I am helping rearrange a different location and will work nights (7pm today to 3:30 am tomorrow, then Mon, Tues, Wed night 9 pm to 5:30 am the next day) so my eating and sleeping schedule will be totally flipped. I am not going to worry about my Jenny Craig meals and times to eat because I doubt my body will get use to the new schedule to make a difference. I will try to just eat smart and drink at least 60 ounces of water each day. Not sure if I will feel like going to Curves either. I'll see next Sunday how it went.
