Had a great dance although the outside temperature was in the upper 80's and the humidity was probably 80's also. The situation with the Farmer is progressing in a promising direction, so my motivation to lose weight is enhanced. Sticking to healthy foods except for the properly logged stray holiday foods this week. Danced twice this week already and wearing the fitbit for some kind of tabs on the calorie burn. Need to schedule in a strength workout or else it won't happen, you all know what I am talking about! Friday, at last, heading home soon and will be focusing on my home environment, now that it will be cool enough to get outside with out a solar-flare screen. Have a great Friday!
