Still eat three meals a day and dessert and walk everyday 30,000 steps a day and ran 7 miles this morning on my vacation. Had 6 egg whites and watermelon for breakfast, boils chicken breast and a salad and 1/2 cup of cantaloupe for lunch and a treat for dinner rosemary stake and lava cake for dinner. Think I did good today and did 9 miles of walking as well
