Today was my grandma birthday, I can't control soo much myself today, but I do it with a lot of others of my favorites foods when I overeat, I'm still eating less that I burn in a day, so I'm okay. This tell me that I still don't control these desires of eat birthday cake for happiness, I'm already happy and I didn't need a lot of cake. Tomorrow will be better, right?

It's nearly impossible not to eat some of Grandma's birthday cake. If you are going to splurge, that's the time to do it. No worries! You can do this!
