Bacon shrimp egg cheese brunch taco!

3g net carb butter grilled Mission tortilla, sous vide then seared thick cut bacon, leftover gently nuked shrimp, Gordon Ramsay style butter scrambled egg(only one b/c I'm on a diet), Dubliner cheese and the usual homegrown serrano and green onion.

This combo was greater than the sum of its parts, the flavors and textures really worked well together. Can't think of any carby food I'd trade this for!

Tip: The cheap .50-$1 green onions that are sold at the grocery store can be planted in a simple container(gallon water jug with top cut off, drainage holes poked in bottom) and you can have fresh green onions every day!
